"Completely useless staff. Just went to this Dr. in March 2020. only met him once before the pandemic. I broke a tooth and dr ok'd antibiotics, took a month and calling every day to get someone on phone but finally got them. My tooth is fully abscessed and ANOTHER MONTH trying to get a simple antibiotic. and now can't even my regular scripts, the pharmacy sends refill request with NO response. That's it he is FIRED!!!!! Do Not Recommend. Period!!!!!"

"Great doctor, terrible front desk person. Dr Nirmalan told her to schedule a specialist appointment for my dad by the end of October - it's now December and she still hasn't gotten to it. I called about it in November and she said "Yes I'll be working on that now." Also, left a voicemail requesting to schedule a appointment for myself a new patient, never got a response back from her. Two other times I've needed to follow up on things she forgot to do. Such a shame that a good doctor is working with lazy people that are creating a bad experience. I will modify my rating if and when issues are resolved, and there's a change in the front desk's behavior or staff."

"Over the phone this doctor's behavior was repetitive and not understanding of my needs. Being sick and needing prescription refills is a basic need that the Sai medical group was unable to handle and as a result my mother was sick. After having to repeat the same problem about 5 times and him repeatedly not saying anything helpful I threatened to go to court if my mom was given any further discomfort. He snapped back at me by cursing at me. Instead of calmly talking to me like someone should be in his profession. I highly recommend to avoid this doctor who is not compassionate and has a short fuse."
