"Edit… from previous.. andrea his secretary does his dirty work. She is very lovely. But if you see dr diamond for awhile (over years) on controlled substance that can not be stopped or weened off he will eventually drop you. Give you one month script to find a new dr. The reason they gave me was my liver n kidneys. Which I have a nephrology dr. They claimed I told them I was not on all my meds which I always do. So they do not pay attention to other dr notes. Here I am scrambling not feeling well.. trying to find a new provider.. no one will take me in the short amount of time with a holiday and everything this month. Just think twice before seeing him and if not for a cold look elsewhere! He hasn’t been in the office personal problems… so may be not be around much longer. Start looking for someone else!!! I don’t want to end up in the hospital for the 3rd time due to him!!!"
"Since moving back to Saint Petersburg 3 years ago, it has been hard for me to find a doctor with whom I feel comfortable and can trust. I was blessed to find Dr. Diamond. The office is clean and welcoming. Andrea, the secretary is awesome and always makes me feel welcome. Dr. Diamond was beyond my expectations. He spends a generous amount of time with me discussing health issues and listens patiently to every question and concern I may have. He is wonderful! *"
"The worst doctor ever. Cynical & Rude. Absolutely NO bedside manner. The only positive is receptionist, Amanda."
"I couldn't have been happier with how Dr. Diamond's office handled all the confusion surrounding what was needed for my pre-op authorization. Andrea knew exactly what to do and walked me through every step. Every time I called she was helpful and genuinely supportive, emailing me prescriptions and calling me with instructions. When I went in for my EKG, she was there to put the probes on my chest and took my blood like a pro. Dr. Diamond is great too. He asks all the right questions and remembered everything from my last visit a year ago. He doesn't cut corners or try to rush you out of the office and is on time for his appointments. This office does not over-book like a lot of doctors I have had in the past. If you are scheduled for a certain time, you will almost always be seen within 15 minutes. Thank you for going above and beyond : )"
"Worse experience with any doctor office, on an initial phone call. While going over schedule for my first visit it was suggested in morning. I asked if it could be towards end of the day, "That is what I have found works best for me, so I don't interrupt my work day as much." She suggested during lunch hour. Ok, but that is middle of the day. I thought explaining again that the end of a day, or something near that, would be best for me if possible. Her response, "You're being rude." She couldn't give me an example of what I said was "Rude", when asked. Very odd interaction. Maybe because it is a Monday? Dislike writing off a potential good Doctor based on the receptionist being so weird. /shrug"
