The ladies at the front desk; Tatiana, Lamesha and Tameka were all very helpful when calling the office and being in the office for an appointment. Dr. Philippe was both thorough and knowledgeable regarding diabetes and my overall health. I appreciate his bedside manner. He was so courteous and understanding. I was looking for a new PCP and have found just that."

"My husband was diagnosed as a diabetic at this office, but the test results took months to get back so he didn't know what type. Uncontrolled diabetes, for months. They gave him one medication but that wasn't enough to stop his levels from rising. He wound up in the ICU after 6 months of playing phone tag with this office just to hear his A1C results. No insulin, no treatment. When he went to the ER, they told him he WAS AT RISK OF SLIPPING INTO A COMA. Because THIS OFFICE was NOT treating him. No results, no follow up appointments, no nothing. This office literally put my husbands life at risk. I'm shocked they're even allowed to practice medicine. And Dr. Phillippe didn't even spend enough time in the room to answer his questions. We both had millions of them, but we couldn't get any answers. If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. Your life is at risk if you go to this office (where we both got COVID by the way). They didn't separate that patient, they didn't sanitize, they didn't do anything and we missed 2 weeks of work. What constitutes malpractice? Because I'm almost at the point of considering legal action. I've never seen this before in my life and its atrocious."
