"Awful customer service and experience with this company. I found the company from the Blue Cross Blue Shield phone app and scheduled a visit via the phone. Two days before the scheduled visit, I was called by the company to let me know they had to postpone the visit and did not give me a reason why but said they would call me to reschedule. I waited 3 weeks. So when I called them to reschedule, they finally let me know that they "Blue Cross Blue Shield" did not renew their contract with the company and that I could not use my insurance there. Awful everything. Please avoid."
