"I was a previous patient of Dr Ramos but moved out of the area. I just moved back and went to his office today to re-start my care. Although his office was good before, I was pleasantly surprised to see the new changes. They are spacing patients out so there is only one or two patients in the waiting room at one time. There was only myself in the waiting room. I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist, the Medical Assistants were awesome, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Dr Ramos Assistant/Scribe a very nice young man stayed in the office with Dr Ramos and myself and he flowed right along with Dr Ramos without even being told what needed to be done, he just did it. As a nurse for 25 years I look for excellence in care and adversely am on the outlook for substandard service. I was very impressed with the office staff and Dr Ramos and the attention they gave me. Very thorough and courteous. Definitely pleased with this office!"

Ramos is an outstanding doctor always being there for me always putting me in immediately I have a lot of medical needs and he was always there for me if I was involved in being impatient in the hospital Dr Ramos stood out above many because after being in his office all day long seeing patients he will come to the hospital every night while I was in the hospital on multiple stays and he would check in on me and say hello how's everything going okay I'll see you when you get out and follow up with me I just would like to say how much I care about these people and how much they have cared about me and I highly recommend for anybody that's looking for any medical treatment I'd like to say God bless to all the people in that office and that I hope that the Jesus would surround them with the band The Angels and protect them and their families and keep them safe and healthy in Jesus name I pray my name is Darrell Phillips and I want to show my appreciation for this office"

"Dr. Ramos is a QUACK. My grandmother went to him multiple times because we could tell she had some form of a neurological disease (dementia) which was getting worse. He said over and over there was nothing wrong with her when CLEARLY there was. It wasn’t until months later when she ended up in the hospital when he finally diagnosed her. All that time when she could have been on medication and getting better has been wasted thanks to Dr. Ramos. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!"

"Doctor Ramos is highly knowledgable and well versed in his art. However I was verbally abused and publicly humiliated by a back office staff member from his office. I'm looking for someplace else."
