"We have had a wonderful experience with the Dr Manser and Audiology. Always very helpful and have made the transition to hearing aids very easy. We never wait to long to be seen, always feel like we are able to ask questions, and never feel rushed."

"Terrible. Waited till we were in the office to tell me about a 300 dollar copay. Didnt feel the need to call me first. So I refuse and we start making calls, it’s not a copay my insurance refused to pay for the service, so they lied. They wanted 300 dollars just to give me the ear molds for my daughter. The ones that we already paid for last visit for the fitting. They tried to get smaller and smaller amounts of money out of me. Until after 30 minutes of refusing they finally just handed me the hearing aides, and we walked out, guess I’ll fit them on my three year old by my myself. Horrible"

"We have been trying to get our speech delayed child in here for almost a year now. They kept telling us they aren't receiving the paperwork from our doctor. We FINALLY were able to get it over there (3rd times a charm I guess), and when I call they tell me they have almost a year wait for evaluation (Mid 2024). Clearly they need to get more staff in place. If a child is already delayed, having someone wait another year just to get evaluated is absolutely irresponsible. Oh and your staff member hanging up on me mid-sentence was real great. I am a frustrated parent. I did not curse or raise my voice, just expressing my concern."
