"The reality is that Dr. Soe does not get a star. He's not for the patient he writes rx & send you on your way. I am not a patient, however I was the caretaker for my dad and a family friend who were his patients. This man was rude when the patient is trying to explain what was happening with them. It takes several phn calls to his office to get referrals and results."
"Dr Soe can be a good doctor and some of his nurses try their best, but Dr Soe can be extremely rude towards his patients. Almost like he can be bipolar. One minute he's l praising how well someone is doing, the next he can almost be berating them. Had an issue with a nurse, but no more issues after having a talk with the nursing director there."
