"Today my mom had an appointment with Dr. Palmer. She was 5 minutes late because she was dealing with her autistic son, and she’s always waiting for the doctor to be seen, sometimes even 1 hour. When she got there she was told she couldn’t be seen today. As she was 5 minutes late. My mom has never been confrontational and never speaks up to herself. She begged to be seen by any of the doctors there as her schedule is rigid due to her son. And she has been in pain waiting for this appointment. (She’s an established patient.) The doctor told the sweet receptionist that my mom could “go to urgent care”, and could not been seen by her or the other providers today. My mom never complains when she has to wait on Dr. Palmer. My mom also stated that Dr. Palmer is short with her and cuts her off when she’s talking to asking her questions. I guess this was a blessing in disguise and now she can be seen by a more caring doctor. Also, she DID have to go to an urgent care because of the discomfort she was in."

"We were very nervous and anxious after our car black out incident. After we went to the right building your staff were very warm and welcoming. We are fairly new to the area and your location was very easy to find. Dr. Palmer was excellent. Explained things clearly and ordered blood work and imaging right in the same building which was so easy and quick. Definitely had a good first experience."

"I am relatively s new patient. I have seen her twice. I think she is very polite but I had a bit of a problem communicating as she kept interrupting me. I feel she is too concerned about keeping the appointment "on time" rather listening. I hope to get to know her better. It is very hard to have to find a new doctor after the doctor you have seen for years leaves the area. Dr. Palmer is the second doctor I have tried since Dr. Peyton Rankin left Bay Care. I hope we can become more knowledgeable with each other."

"Dr. Palmer is fabulous. My son is a new patient with special needs. Dr. Palmer went the extra mile to get the information needed for his prescriptions from his previous doctor and called them in to the pharmacists. She also accessed his needs and made sure he got the specialists he needed through Bay Care. When his lab results came back, she promptly called in the vitamins he was deficient in to the pharmacy as well and notified me. She is on top of things and very thorough. I highly recommend her!!"
