"Denise and one other woman were not helpful. I have the same insurance as my husband who has been seen there recently but for some reason they said they don’t take my insurance. Then my husband called and they told him they did. Then I called back and they told me they “had to verify and would call me back”. Additionally, I told them I needed to try to get in asap because I had a bad kidney infection and was on antibiotics from a walk in clinic, but wanted to make sure the infection was clearing. And that I had what seemed to be oral thrush from the antibiotics. She said she would call me back and never did. The nonchalance and incompetence over people’s health is appalling and I won’t be coming back."

"My husband has been going to this office for years and I finally had a conversation with the billing office who has no idea about coordinating billing coverage My husband primary insurance is group health over 500 employees and Medicare secondary No matter how many times I tell the office to bill his Medicare they keep asking him for money because no one is doing their job correctly. I told this to the billing office and she said it was to late for her to rebill Medicare. My answer to that… you should know how to read insurance cards verification of coverage. Not my fault you failed at your job. Now the office wants him to pay or they won’t continue to see him . Next step complaint to Florida insurance office."

"Dr. Tirupathi sees both my husband and I. We are extremely happy with her and her staff. Dr. "T" goes out of her way to call referring doctor's to aid in our care. Most recently she referred me to a wonderful wound care clinic physician and was able to have him see me the next morning! she personally made the phone call directly to him which I appreciated. Dr. 'T' also makes her self available to her patients by giving them her personal cell phone number. I think that is unheard of."

"The staff at Dr.Tirupathi's office are so kind and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and so kind. This office is very well run. Dr.T is amazing and great to speak with. Her nurse practitioners Devon and Danielle are equally incredible and have great patient interaction. No matter who you are talking with at the office it is a fantastic experience. Cara at the front desk is always happy to answer any questions and Amanda is fantastic about making sure all follow up appointments are completed."
