"It's a Monday at 1:15 pm and I have been trying to call the office for the past 30 minutes. It's now 1:59pm. The recording states the office can be reached by phone during business hours. But this is not so. I can't reach anyone. How do patients get to speak to anyone in the office with questions, etc?? Is today a holiday (May 13, 2024)? There is no option to leave a message to receive a call back."

"I had a great experience with the providers I saw including a female nurse & male nurse practitioner. Although, the other staff is more of my issue… First, I believe the front desk didn’t verify my insurance properly & I was the one who found the mistake so if I have a billing issue because of this I will be very upset. Secondly, they were kind to me when I came in but when my partner came in, they proceeded to mispronounce his last name (which is fine), but when he went inside they were sitting there laughing (very loudly) at his last name & repeating it… First of all, it’s not that funny that you can’t pronounce a name correctly and second, you shouldn’t be laughing at patients name’s, that’s purely unprofessional. I’ve managed a practice for 3 years and would have never tolerated something like that. Just because it’s an Arabic last name… Patients can hear you laughing when they’re in the room. How am I supposed to trust that they don’t talk badly about patients when we’re not around… I don’t think I’ll come back again because of this… Patients don’t want to come in to this kind of attitude from their doctors offices…"
