"I was there when i was a kid. I do miss certain staff who actually did give a damn about us. I know inwas such a handful. I do not miss it one bit but at least due to certain staff members they made it a lil better. I leave a one star only because i felt abandoned and any place such as these are just not a good place for kids. If i can tell the staff who. I liked thank you i would though."

"If i could give a zero i would. I attended Carlton Manor as a kid back in the late 80s to early 90s. I deal with my PTSD every day because of the horrors i delt with when I was a kid growing up there. The staff abused me and i was fighting for survival against the older kids. Looking at the reviews I see that they are the same."

"If I could give zero stars I would, this place locks little girls outside barefoot during this heatwave for misbehaving. These are kids that don’t have families, you’d think they’d have workers who have the basic understanding that these children are going to act out due to their circumstances. They really shouldn’t be working with children if they don’t have basic de-escalating skills. These are young girls they are placing on the streets knowing Florida has a high rate of trafficking and abusers. They should be ashamed and immediately terminated."

"My husband and I have had an excellent experience with Carlton Manor.  Therapist Ethan has been instrumental in helping us build a relationship with our prospective adoptive child.  We live in a different state, and Ethan has gone above and beyond by facilitating video chats with us and the child, answering all of our questions, and making suggestions for a smooth transition. We recently had a face to face visit and Ethan took time out of his busy schedule to spend time with us and the child. We have had nothing but positive experiences working with Ethan and Carlton Manor."
