"Absolutely the WORST doctor anyone over the age of 50 could have. STEVENS takes advantage of her elder patients, she knows that most elders cannot access their online portal as they do not have access/ do not know how, so she lies to her patients. She has a lawsuit coming her way and I will make it my mission to make sure she NEVER mistreats another senior again. She is disgusting and her attitude is HORRID. if I could give 0 stars I would. She’s a piece of trash who cares more about covering her a$$ than the well-being of her patients. She has people working for her who lie as well, you call to speak to a higher up and you’ll never get a call back. If this is your PCP, LEAVE while you can. I’ll be sure to blast this on Facebook as well being as I DO NOT play about malpractice OR taking advantage of elders. If anyone from the office is reading this, let that piece of trash know her lying is over with, I’d tell her myself but lord knows she doesn’t return a call!"

"When I first moved back to Dunedin 6/1/21, I wasn’t convinced that Humana had made the right decision choosing Dr Stephens. At 62 years of age, with 18 surgeries under my belt, I have seen my fair share of PCP’s. I can tell you with certainty, she is in the top 3 all time. I had one that I had seen for almost 20 years, and we had a great relationship. On second thought, Dr Stephens is top 2. She is very detailed and knowledgeable…as well as easy to communicate with. She seems to genuinely care and covers all bases. So in closing…it was a wonderful choice!!"

"I was initially nervous about putting my healthcare needs in the hands of Dr Stephens. ( due to a few unfavorable reviews) But , I couldn't be happier ! She is very competent and an excellent listener ! She has helped me through some very difficult times ! Her staff is very friendly and response times are excellent ! "I am being very generous about this review by giving 3 starts. The stars are only for Katie the office manager and Judy (receptionist- no longer there). I just called to get my mother records sent (again) to a new provider. I spoke with terry, who was extremely rude. She was rushed and nasty. I politely asked to speak with someone else and she told me no one else was there and hung up on me. My mom liked the physician, however, doing anything at this office is near to impossible."

"Dr. Stephens really cares. She is very knowledgeable. She saw me through two health concerns and worked closely with me and my specialists. Then she asked what else she could do. I feel great! I'm very much on the healthy track thanks to her and her team, particularly her nurses."
