"I came to Dr. Healy feeling constipated, in severe pain with knee and ankle issues, and general malaise. He is a very compassionate and effective health manager. He gave me a plan that included plan get extensive blood work that has a comprehensive look inside at bladder, liver, kidneys and the struxture of how efficient your body works regarding minderals vitamins and processing. He came up with a plan to find out offensive foods, liver detox, kidney detox, gut rebuild and managed the energy flow with accupuncture. "My first visit at Root Healing was on Oct 23, 2023 and I met with Acupuncture Physician Gene Healy. He explained what acupuncture was about and how it worked with the body. I have been going at least 2 times a week and the results have been amazing . When I first started going, I had a severe left hip problem and thought I might need surgery, however after 3 or 4 sessions the hip no longer gives me any problem at all. Do to a disc rupture in my back, I had severe nerve damage down my left leg and just walking was painful. Today I can walk with very little problem, including going up and down stairs. I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am that the Good Lord lead me to Root Healing (via my primary doctor). I have told all my friends about acupuncture and how wonderful the staff at Root Healing Wellness treat their patients. "I am so happy to get my health back after suffering pain beyond description (9/10) from a pinched nerve trapped in my shoulder blade. Before seeking help from the team at Root Healing Wellness, I could not focus on anything else or even move my body due to the pain I was experiencing. I could neither lift my arm from my side nor stand or sit in any open chair. The pain was constant while lying down and being able to return upright was a struggle without asking for assistance from my family. "This is actually a review for Belinda Atchison. In 2013 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Seven surgeries, multiple infections, Chemo and Radiation left me with severe pain and Neuropathy from my fingers to my elbows and my toes to my knees. Neither my Oncologist nor my Primary had anything to offer other than Pain Pills. I found Root Healing and Acupuncture with Dr. Healy and Dr. Lee. Dr. Healy worked on my functional issues and Dr. Lee has been wonderful with my Acupuncture. I had Acupuncture before when I lived in Panama City area but Dr. Lee is the best.
