"I had a MinuteClinic appointment at 12:20 today. I walked in at 12:29. I was greeted by someone who appears to be a physician there. She asked if I needed help and I let her know I was already checked in. She said OK go ahead and have a seat WE ARE A BIT BEHIND. She didn’t mention that they have bumped the two people sitting in there ahead of me because I was nine minutes late that is something she decided to share with me after wasting after wasting 40 minutes of my time. She could’ve simply said oh when is your appointment? It was at 12:20? I’m sorry we can’t see you cause we’re a bit behind. Instead of go ahead and have a seat and then telling me oh because you were late we’re not gonna be able to see you before our lunch which one is it? I guess we both relate me nine minutes to the appointment and you 40 minutes and providing knowledge that you were not going to be able to see me."
"Nurse Practitioner Amber Matarelli is absolutely fantastic. She's extremely friendly, knowledgeable and she took great concern about my health. If only she had a private practice. I'd make her my primary care provider. I'll definitely go back to her when I need to."
"I will never return here. Do not see nurse practitioner, Rachel Mitnick. I informed her that my body is resistant to two antibiotics and to please prescribe me anything else but those two. She did not care what I asked of her. She prescribed me one of the two which I asked her to avoid. After two days on it, I began getting worse. I waited until the 10 days were over. By that time I was having much more difficulty breathing. I had to see my primary care physician. He stated that I had pneumonia and should have not been prescribed something I knew I was already resistant to. If she had prescribed me something different it would not have progressed to pneumonia. I suffered for 5 weeks."
"Made an appointment and it was kept on a very timely basis. Rachael, the PA, was very polite, nice and concerned with my health issues. Was very thorough and asked all the right questions, reviewed my records, performed a Strep test and made a diagnosis. I have bronchitis and Rachael wrote out four prescriptions (which were promptly filled by CVS) and offered advice on best care for a quick recovery. Would highly recommend!!"
"I suspected I had strep and needed antibiotics asap in order to not spread it. I made an appointment online for the next morning. I was called right at my appointment time and I walked out 22 minutes later with a positive strep test, a negative COVID test (required, I believe), and a prescription for antibiotics. Everyone was kind, professional and efficient. Also the visit cost less than I was expecting. The pharmacy was fast filling my script as well. Would visit for an illness again (but knock on wood I won't have to)."
