"The facilities were clean and orderly. The receptionist had to get my name and ID when I came in the door. Then I was sent upstairs to radiology, where the attendant took 20 minutes to check me in for my X-ray and spent a lot of time talking to other people talking on the phone. Apparently my order for the procedure Was lost in their system, which seemed to happen a lot. I was switched around while making the appointment from person to person. Everybody needing to reconfirm who I was instead of the person, transferring me letting them know that I had been verified. I was told my chest tax.Ray would be a hundred and thirty five dollars.I noticed that they were not using my insurance. So I asked them if they were using my insurance, they said, no I said please apply my insurance. They were very confused and couldn't seem to give me what my new price would be, because apparently if they put it through my insurance, my hundred and thirty five dollar x ray is going to cost more than $1500+ and my insurance will only cover $73 of it. So if I used my insurance, I would have to take $1400 out-of-pocket to pay for my $135 X-ray."

"Let me start by saying I love Advent Health overall, but this location is probably the worst office I’ve ever dealt with. The actual Dr, Dr. Ralph has only been present to one of my 4 appointments. Today was an important one to go over a bunch of lab and diagnostics results and once again he’s a no-show. This time they didn’t even both to call me. Instead I drove an hour and a half (after just moving a couple of weeks ago) only to find out he once again wasn’t there. Upon arrival, they told me I could see the NP, which is fine. I prefer Lorilee for her bedside manner and actual care about what’s going on with people. I felt none of that with Dr. Ralph the one time I saw him. I felt like just some piece of nothing that was just in his way of getting to the next nothing he had to be bothered to see. Anyway, after I paid, Felicia came out to tell me this appointment is not to go over my results, but is instead an appointment for IBS, so the NP can see me for that but nothing else (I never scheduled any appointments for IBS at all).Oh and by the way, YOU (meaning me) didn’t get all your labs done so you need to get those done before you reschedule. I said, “Wait a minute, I went to Quest and to the hospital and got everything done you guys gave me”. It turns out they hadn’t given me everything last time I was here. It was more labs for quest. So I said fine, I’ll go do the labs, but I’d still like to go over the other results since I already paid. Nope! You can’t. Fine, please provide me a refund for the $55 I paid today since I can’t be seen.. They said we can’t do that either, you’ll have to call customer service. Beyond not really caring for the doctor, them wasting my time today, and basically robbing me of $55, this location has wasted my time on multiple occasions by not gathering the results from other facilities that they had me drive all the way over for, to sign for in person. It’s 2024 and we are still using fax and in person only. Absolutely ridiculous. Because of them not bothering to get my other medical records; even after making me sign in person, the doctor can only see part of my history. I called the previous location and they said nothing has been requested, but they are happy to send it over once it’s requested. This office is poorly managed, there’s no oversight and they are super rude. Looking at you Felicia and front desk lady.. I highly recommend staying as far away from this location as possible. The other advent health in Tarpon for cardio and primary care is fantastic. It’s disappointing that this location is so much worse. Absolutely abysmal. EDIT: To add to this review, now that I've moved, the local advent health GI doc, Dr. Prieto of Wesley Chapel has denied my request to transfer. Shocking right? So Advent health clearly isn't in the business of helping anyone. Though they responded here, nobody has responded or reached out to make this right. My bank has since refunded me my money, but that's it."

"This review is based on the group practice, not any one doctor. My physician was let go with no warning to me and I was assigned a new doctor in a different location without explanation. There was no consideration for patient choice or follow up on serious health conditions that my doctor was in the middle of treating. The group treats patients like cattle in a feed lot. Although they are listed as a nonprofit, it seems we are here to make a profit for them."
