"Being an ER nurse and same day surgery nurse as well as a clinical nursing instructor for 36 years I never complain because I know that some people will complain if the sky is not the right shade of blue . The nurse my husband had at Advent north out patient surgery was the rudest unprofessional thing and a disgrace to the profession . My husband was having his 4 surgery and the first time at this facility but his surgeon was at Advent North unfortunately on this day. Everyone from the time we got here was lovely except his nurse. She was rude to me, as well as her fellow colleagues. She was the one you never want to wake up and see at your bedside. I would live for someone from administration to call me so that I can elaborate the concern I have for this woman to actually be in patient care .perhaps she would be better served in an area without human contact."

"I spent 6 weeks in the hospital with various breaks of my ankle, foot, and 2 leg bones. The entire staff was efficient, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I also was receiving Occupational and Physical Therapies, which helped me immensely, both before and after surgery. I consider the therapists as friends, as well as the entire TCU personnel. Even the dietary staff was friendly and in good spirits. But I must tell you: I will probably never, ever eat another chicken thigh!"
