The friendly front desk person, Annette, and the mid office, Gary were very helpful and nice. The provider was also very helpful and kind. I will continue to use TGH urgent care for all my non emergency needs when my primary doctor is unavailable"

"BEST WALK-IN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! RESPECTFUL & EFFICIENT! They seemed to really care about me as I was checking in. The nurses were helpful, gave compliments, and did all my vitals. The doctor had AMAZING bed-side manners and really treated me with respect and understanding. They knew exactly what to do & say. I wish I could make this walk-in clinic my primary care doctor!!!"

"The place is clean (looks new). No wait when I got there. Staff is friendly. By the time I was seen by a doctor she had to run back and forth between 3 patients. I feel like I wasn’t explained and guided properly what to do after I left from there. I had to go on line and research myself what to do and not to do when I got home. I feel I need a bit more info not just given a prescription."
