"There's a reason this place gets bad ratings! Waited months for new patient appt., they switched doctors on me w/o approval! Having to wait for another appt.-not an option. Finally got the doctor I asked for a year later. Now, staff can't tell me which insurance plans they accept? And, the person was rude to boot! Too much hassle over 3 years to continue here. Love Dr. Carson, but it's nearly impossible to deal with ongoing problems seeing her. I'm so disappointed!"
"Took me 6 weeks to get a regular check up appointment. Go to the office in Trinity and they had moved. Find the new location only to find out whoever made my appointment did it for their Tarpon office. I haven't been to that office in over 10 years. I tried calling and after 40 mins on hold I hung up. My whole family has been a client's for over 18 years. So disappointed."
"First time I visited her clinic in Trinity all staff were nice and helpful specially nurse Ashley asking medical question in an easy way which made me feel relaxed ; second visit I met Dr. Elizabeth Carson with a big smile on her face welcoming us ( my wife and myself } , Dr Carson spent over 40 minute with me asking and explaining my health problems suggesting test and x-rays , Few days later Dr Carson {herself} called me to explain the result . I am very happy that I picked Dr E. Carson as my primary care Doctor ."
"Staff has no sense of time, was brought in 20 minutes after my appointment because the nurse holding my paper work was standing around talking to other nurses about their personal lives. Not to mention her unprofessional manor of conducting her job. I payed for my visit upon arrival just to be told they wouldn't be able to take a sample to test for the flu cause their machine was broken. The doctor then stated that it sounded like I have the flu which I came in for cause I already knew and just wanted medicine. Was not provided any medicine to help my flu, and was walked out the door with out being offered any type of reimbursement. Never returning to this office because all they want is your money"
