"I had been a customer of gattles. Purchased a sheet years ago and asked to replace it. They had no record of the color. I looked on line and saw what I thought was the color. Told them I would order from them as I support local stores even though I could save 15 % on line and have exchange capabilities. Photo color was not what the sheet was. Asked if I could have them exchange it due to the fact that I was trying to support them. Assistant Manager Debbie told me I could not even explain why I thought this might warrant an exchange and pretty much hung up on me. Wow..I have worked in retail and helped customers with unusual situations...they are definitely not customer oriented."

"Extremely rude staff who can’t be bothered by anyone who does not look visibly rich. Walked in with my mom while visiting and no one bothered to acknowledge us or help us. My mother even went out of her way to ask how the owners (I presume) were doing. They didn’t bother asking my mother the same, and looked visibly annoyed we even bothered them. Rude rude rude. Don’t waste your time here."

"If you like to enjoy your afternoon shopping experience assisted by remarkably unprofessional and pretentious staff, Gattle's is the place for you! From the moment I walked in the store, I was an unwelcome inconvenience. Only one of the staff members felt as if she should wait on a customer, so I patiently waited for her assistance. When the associate did finally acknowledge me, she made sure to let me know how much of a great service she was providing me by being willing to wait on me. Whenever I buy luxury linens (or anything), It will most assuredly not be from Gattle's."

"Don’t waste your time in this snooty store. I walked in here with my 3 year old to get her and her brother a stuffed animals. The staff were rude to both of us. She’s very well behaved and we were picking out an animal when they kicked us out because they were “closing in 5 minutes”. This was after they made me put my drink down (that had a lid on it) onto the counter like I was a 5 year old kid. When they made us leave there was about 12 other older people (over 50) in the store they weren’t asked to leave. I guess that’s the age range allowed to shop here."

"Visited the store for the first time. My sisters and I, ages 58 & 65, were extremely disappointed with our experience. We were not asked if we needed help but rather followed throughout the store as if we were thieves. We were finally approached to let us know that the store was closing and the doors were locked! While there were many beautiful things the staff was far from beautiful! We will never visit this establishment again. Such a poor representation of Naples!"
