"Very nice store. Annette and Kendra have the best customer service that I have experienced while visiting here In Fort Myers. Awesome is the best way to describe them!!"
"I was not surprised by the comment that was on top because the same thing happened to me. I used to work for 711. This woman not only spoke bad about me to customers in Spanish and I know 7 languages but was yelling at me for my service dog to shut up and should cover his mouth. My service dog is doing his job suitable for me which I am a domestic violence survivor and he alerts me if someone behind me. She is not allowed to talk to people like that. I was rung up by another manager which I know because I worked for his wife and she continuously wanted to bash me and scream. I notified her that I had 36o hours of master dog training license which is credited for the ADI ( assistance dogs international ) and also license in the state of Florida and she needed to know the federal law. This is a federal law that my dog can be allowed in a store and this will be handled in the proper authorities. She is lucky I am not a veteran but I can only imagine the triggers she may cause to those with worse symptoms of my own. I only pray she is more cautious about people with mental health or perhaps she should get another job."
"People work at night. People see the familiar 7-Eleven sign and they know hey I can go get a cup of coffee right there anytime of night and it'll be good and fresh. This particular store and the worker that is working there tonight seems to not understand that. I have never walked into a 7-Eleven and found all of the canisters empty and then when I ask about coffee he just lets me know we don't have coffee at 12:30 at night. Somebody get these high school kids that have no sense of people skills"
"Rude rude rude employee tonight. I mean they’re never friendly, but she was especially rude. I come up to the counter, set my stuff down, I say hi how are you because she didn’t even acknowledge me. She’s on her phone texting and she tells me to hold on-her text was clearly more important- her attitude was disgusting. I don’t know how you say her name but it was spelled like Keanu or something? Had an adorable little boy with her."
"Katrina is just flat out rude, no customer service skills at all. You say good morning and how are you she don't respond, looks at you like you are the biggest bother of her day. Her only response to anything at all, "Gots a reward card?" As she points to the pin device. No conversation, just get the heck out of her face attitude. Won't be back."
