Botanica La Señora Blanca

"This is definitely a place where I feel safe and protected at. Staff is amazing. Senora Blanca is such a sweet and kind person. Just speaking to her on the phone makes me feel like I am talking to a life long friend. Her employee are truly special and they know a lot about the products. They have passion for the store and compassion for the people that come in. The environment is so pure that you feel better when you leave then when you came in. They listen to everything that you have to say and help guide you into the correct direction. Senora Blanca has became a lifetime friend and mother figure for me. I recommend her to anyone and everyone. Her heart is pure. She puts God before anything she does, and her passion is there. Overall, going there was the best choice I could have ever made."

"I wanted to like this place but unfortunately they leave you waiting for months for a consultation from Señora Blanca. At first, back in February, the employee at the botanic said to text/call the lady who consults to set up an appointment and then you can zelle. I waited for 2 months and no response whatsoever. I went back at the end of April and inquired as to why she hasnt responded and the employees tells me that that I have to zelle the lady first then to text her a screenshot of it to then have an appointment set up and I said thats not what you said last time but ok. The employee goes ahead and tells me that I should pay in the store in which I did and that she was going to text Señora Blanca the receipt and that I should reach out to her next. I waited for a week and yet no response again. I went back to the store to request my money back and the employee had the nerves to tell me the following; That Señora Blanca is too busy dealing with other long time clients and doesnt have time for new clients, that maybe it wasnt meant for me to get read by her, that sometimes Señora Blanca doesnt like to deal with impatient people and that I just have to wait. I said how much longer is the wait when its going on 3 months but you are fast to take my money and yet “Im being impatient” yea ok. The employee just gave me the run arounds. I dont recommend anyone this botanica."

"AMAZING!!!! Senora Blanca was very thorough with the details she saw in the reading. She was very upfront with what needed to be done and the materials that I needed. She has helped me in every aspect of my life. Not only did I feel very comfortable, but I also felt welcomed from her and her employees. I have been going to her for about 3 years and it has been a breath taking process. I would recommend her to everyone."
