"Disappointed with the variety and quality of the fireworks. Several of the fireworks we picked up looked like they'd been kicked around and were damaged, some with the entire bottom detaching! Also the staff was not exceptionally friendly or helpful. The parking lot was chaotic so we had to park across the street and run over. Compared to the selection, quality, and staff we have experienced in the past at Phantom Fireworks, this was very disappointing. We do not plan to return here nor would I recommend it to anyone unless their options were limited."
