"This store was very clean and organized! We are from out of town and had to go to the clinic inside and it was very nice. We made an appointment online and were seen right away. I was very impressed with the service we received. I wish the CVS in Marietta, GA was this clean!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful too!"

"Very rude if you can even get them to answer the phone. Not helpfully unless in person. Not all staff is this way but quite a few are rude and to busy to do what you ask with out literally talking them though exactly what you want. Always a 10 to 30 min wait to pick up you medication. I would never all this kind of stuff if I were the store manager."

"I went to this CVS today, 1/24/24. I arrived at 7:20pm and according to their schedule, they close at 8:00pm. There were no customers, and it took them 15 minutes for someone to appear at the drive-thru window. Finally, at 7:35pm, when they attended to me, the person from the pharmacy informed me that they had shut down all their machinery due to a lack of staff and couldn't provide me with my medications."

"EDIT: the staff has been great lately! I really hope it stays like this. The main female pharmacist I've encountered lately is so nice and *so* attentive and in-depth about your medications and informing you of potential side effects or interactions; holding you back to speak to you personally when you pick up your scripts, if need be! Previous Review: The pharmacist/pharmacy staff had previously been great... Now, they have all new people, and they are all either rude beyond belief, OR they are totally inept... Chose ANY other CVS than this one."

"The laziest pharmacy I've ever seen. They will flat out lie to your face to get you to go away. They'll tell you they're out of something just so they don't have to do their job. It's astonishing how bad this place is. After lying that medication was out for weeks, they then said insurance wouldn't cover it. Spoke with insurance, this pharmacy never even attempted to fill it. They even argued WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY that it wasn't covered. Switched to the CVS in Target and had the prescription in less than 24 hours (ready in less than 2). This place is shameful and should be shut down. Avoid it at all costs."
