"Less then 1 the associate Jen and manager Matt are very rude speaking down to me . I asked them a question about why my performance on my phone that I have to use wifi to connect with my security cameras . The woman hung up on me 2 xs trying to get something resolved. She raised her voice told me she wasn't paid enough money to deal with her job call cricket management or the security camera company."

"This is the second time I’ve been in that store. Both times, Matt helped me. I’ve had an awesome experience and n this store thank to him. I highly recommend getting cricket as a phone company and going here to do everything. For real, this is one of the best experiences with customer services in my life. Matt is the best"

"Never! Never! Never! use cricket mobile at 9115 Little Rd. Customer service is terrible. Clerk Jenny Lee Martin is the worst I have ever experienced. Tried to return an Item due to the service being horrible and she flipped out being extremely rude and confrontational. When I asked for her name, she laughed and said nothing will happen to me my manager is right there. This is the kind of employes cricket wireless hires than shame on them!!!!! Never ever again will i step foot in a cricket wireless store. They got me for $200.00 but that's the price to learn a lesson about how not to handle business. Don't say I didn't warn you."

"Made a return here for a better phone. Was supposed to get a return check in the mail because they don’t keep large amounts of cash on hand. No worries, that makes sense. The part that didn’t make sense, is it took over two months to get the check to me, going on almost 3 months. The Manager of this store, Matt would consistently say he’d call me, never would and every time I called to follow up, he’d say I didn’t call you because “we were slammed” but yet, had plenty of time to answer my phone call every time I called. I never understood why he wouldn’t just follow up with me prior to closing. This wasn’t the first time I dealt with his poor customer service and lack of care from Matt. Matt’s passive aggressive tone, answering the phone saying “yes?” instead of a proper customer service answer of a call showed the lack of care with an $888 dollar check I had been waiting on. I finally got the check, but due to the extremely long wait, the weird attitude and lack of care, when I asked to speak to the region manager he wouldn’t get me in contact with him, as a whole, it was an unsatisfactory experience. I thankfully finally got my check last week."
