"Went In to buy 600 worth of transport chains and 300 worth of boots. Cashier and manager were unwilling to honor their online price for chains. Cashier called manager to front who refused to talk with us about situation. She would relay info to us through Cashier. Totally unwilling to help or even acknowledge our presence. Will never go back. Left and did not buy anything. We found same chains on sale at Harbor Freight and quality customer service."

"We saw they sold Christmas trees and bought one. We didn't realize it was completely dead. We didn't return it, we tried everything we could to revive it, we decorated it but within a couple days the braches started snapping and breaking. We got this beginning of December. We have to take it down because of the horrible rancid smell, no matter how many times we chnahed the water it didnt matter. Days before Christmas and no tree, wr had to take it down and get rid of it. We will never buy one here ever again. Very upsetting."
