"I have been a Shoot Straight Clearwater customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the store personnel but a week ago, I experienced what I consider very exceptional service from Jeff and Nolan. Was having difficulty choosing a new gun as there are way too many options. I ended going to the store four times to look at guns. I narrowed the selection to a Beretta 92X Performance, but the magazine release button was difficult to reach, so Jeff went online to show me options on how I might fix that problem. He suggested I consider the alternatives as perhaps one would work. Called Beretta, ordered the part I needed. On the third visit, I went the range and while there I looked at the gun once more and spoke with Nolan about installing the part. He offered to install it personally or send to their gunsmith location if he could not change the part. He also offered to hold the gun (as they only had one) until the end of the next business day. Next day I went in with part in hand and the rest is history. Both guys made this a very pleasant and easy purchase decision. Thanks so much, really appreciate the great service."

"Very unprofessional employees, long story short teaching and hoping to purchase a firearm for my wife, brought friend from work as well. He accidentally loaded mag into gun before being in your station, I did not notice as my attention was on my wife. Employee comes in yelling at me, my wife and friend , grabs my firearms and threw them onto my station, talk about great professionalism and handle with care. Then customer walks in with fully autos and employee was so fascinated of customers firearm so much he asked customer if he could shoot his firearm and record him with his phone. Very unprofessional. As I finished mags were emptied by me, mags were not in firearms, put away mags first in bags on table behind station, then put away firearms with safety on and pointing up and away from people until I reached table and put it way, then proceeded very close to me telling me not to do that, made me very uncomfortable not knowing his intentions with the way he was approaching me and his body language. My wife was scared of his attitude and uncomfortable the whole time. Couldn't enjoy time in the range. Employees should be educated better on how to be professional with guests and how to handle their belongings. I will be reaching out to corporate of this issue, sights on my scope for my rifle was not on target after last time I went to range I fixed the sight on it, but since employee threw my rifle hard on the table it's off target. Hope none of you have to deal with that particular employee. God bless stay safe"
