"I come to this Walgreens twice a day. At least. I know all the customer service reps. Some of them are very nice. Some of them are very quiet. However, today was Christmas Eve. I was screamed at over trying to buy a lighter because the sales associate could not find the lighter I was speaking about. I remained calm as she huffed and puffed through her hands in the air stomped her feet at me. It's Christmas Eve. She was in quite the mood and then began to scream at me in front of a line of people. I called the store to let them know. I was told by the manager you know that's not acceptable. She'll have a talk with her but it is the holidays. Well because it's the holidays. Does that make it okay to treat your customers that way? I don't think so"
