"My wife and I went to the grand opening of Birch Lane at Mercato on Saturday. What an experience! First from their display of fine furniture and accessories but more important the staff that is there to help you. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and outright wonderful. It was such a pleasure dealing with them, we ended up purchasing multiple pieces. Waiting for the items to be delivered ( which should be in just a couple of days) to judge, but the staff insured us that if were not happy please return for replacement or full refund. Thank you again to all at Birch Lane, Mercato, we certainly enjoyed the shopping experience."
