"Helped me out in a jam, the young lady with the dreads was very helpful and had great customer service. I had stopped at another location to pick up my reservation but they didn’t have my size truck, the person never returned it on time. When I came here they happened to have one ready and available, same day, they swapped my reservation over and got me situated. Thanks U-Haul team, another great experience at this location."
"I went in today to rent a truck and a car transporter for my move to the East Coast of Florida. I was greeted by a very friendly employee by the name of Cherokee. She was so helpful. Cherokee made sure I got everything I needed to make my move go smoothly. She took the time to find a 15' truck, and a car transporter. But I asked her if I could find a company that would load the larger items on the truck for me because I have a bad back. She was very patient with me while I made the call. After making the call she got right back to finishing up my 3 reservations that I needed. The truck, car transporter, and the storage unit in Fort Pierce. She took the time to go over all my reservations to make sure they were correct, and if I needed any thing else she could help me with. I have used this particular U-Haul location several times, and have always had a great experience. Today was the first time I got to deal with Cherokee. I asked her why I hadn't ever met her before. She told me it probably was that she only works part time there. I said to her that she should hire her full time because she's such a asset to U-Haul. I hope her supervisor catches thus post. The location could only improve even more having her there full time."
