"Saint Pete Salt Room is such a beautiful, welcoming and relaxing space. I have experienced the halotherapy and the foot detox. They are both amazing! I am seeking ways to reduce toxins and inflammation in my body and the foot detox is both relaxing and eye opening. It confirmed the toxins that I suspected I had in my body and it was both gross and a relief to see the physical evidence from the toxins being released. The halotherapy is peaceful and very relaxing. It really helped with my allergies and sinus issues. Rachel is so knowledgeable and helpful. And the salt lamps are so beautiful. "The Salt Room is literally the breath of fresh air I needed. I am a hairstylist so I inhale lots of aerosols and chemicals, and suiting in the Salt Room feels like a relaxing cleanse for my lungs. Rachel is so sweet, and made my whole experience so relaxing and she was very knowledgeable and educational on the benefits of halotherapy. "I have visited the Saint Pete Salt Room for both Halo Therapy and a Foot Detox as well as to purchase a salt lamp for my home. While I do try to take time for self care, I have more recently tried to focus my efforts on self care with health benefits. I suffer from chronic allergies and sinusitis and have been pleasantly surprised with my experiences in the salt room and with my lamp at home. I recently stayed in a home with multiple dogs and after the first morning waking up stuffy, I went home for my salt lamp and can truly feel the difference. Before recently, I probably would scoffed at that statement, but given he state on my sinus and allergy concerns, I was willing to try anything and I am so glad I did! Not only for my respiratory wellness, but my mental health as well. The salt room chairs are so comfy and it truly was a time I could have for myself to reset my nervous system and relax. The foot detox is a beautiful combination of shock, disgust, and relief! I try to be as thoughtful as I can with what I put on and in my body, but the reality is that I am a mom and a teacher and the time and budget doesn't always allow me to make the choices I would with more time or money. The foot detox definitely has made me aware of this so that I can make changes in any place I can, big or small. As Rachel was sharing the indicators with me, I couldn't help but just keep nodding my head because they aligned well with what I do know about my diet choices and overall health. I purchased the 3 visit package to come back and continue ridding my body of the gunk in hopes of seeing some differences in. my annual blood work and cholesterol readings. I love this space for so many reasons, but the energy is exactly what you would want when focusing on healing and resetting your body and mind. The detail and thought put into the explanations of each treatment and the "what to expect" videos are super helpful for people like me who get anxious about doing something new. Major bonus points for the ability to book online...if I have to call, sometimes it doesn't happen!"
