Jessica, who did my discovery call was extremely helpful, informative, friendly, and you can tell she wants to help in whatever way she can. She’s been available whenever I’ve needed, even after my discovery call/consultation. Whitney who drew my blood (I have a horrible fear of needles) was able to put me at ease and calm my nerves. She was gentle, yet very effective and informative throughout my whole time with her. Leanne, at the front desk was an absolute delight! She first asked me to tell her about them, how I drew them on practically every morning, She used some numbing to numb me up and then began! It wasn’t painful kinda of uncomfortable like scratching a sunburn and they look fantastic. They book you for a follow up once it’s all healed just to make sure they are looking great.
