I had a full shopping cart and called to see if there is a salon in my area where I could get the products more quickly than the shipping times quoted on the website. I Am a new customer and I am extremely disappointed with their poor customer service commitment. I called several times requesting a call back and I am still waiting. What’s worse is that when I actually spoke to someone they proceeded to defend why they hadn’t returned the calls. They must not need the business. Really don’t understand this business practice. My salon just told me they are considering selling these products, I plan to let them know about my experience. ."
