Due to the COVID pandemic, we have had to remain overseas, due to travel restrictions, since June of last year. During this time, we have had complete confidence in Parker, to break ground and then continue the new build project, in our absence. He has been communicative and prompt, when discussing any problems or hi-lighting changes and minor improvements that could be made during the build. He has ensured that we are kept up to date, through regular virtual meetings, walkthroughs and updates. We could not have continued work on our project, had we not felt totally comfortable with his management skills and ability to deliver an exceptional end project, that would meet and even exceed our high exceptions. "I couldn't get passed the gatekeeper to find out about custom builds in Naples. The woman on the phone said if I didn't buy land, Borelli will not deal with me. I denied being about to speak to a sales rep. I even said that I would hate for the company to loose business from someone looking to buy now because she won't provide me access to a sales rep. I was told that there was a gatekeeper at this company who was costing them business left and right due to personality. I would recommend they get a customer service, friendly rep to deal with the public."
