"The roof looks great I will give them that. Unfortunately the way things was transpired to me before work started via the sales representative and the way things are actually done isn’t the same. I had to get in contact with the sales person to find out if the permit application was accepted after signing the first round of paperwork 2 months prior and maybe a week later they started the process of bringing the supplies and starting the roof the next day to follow. I had to constantly reach out to the salesperson because the roofers didn’t speak English. When they finished the first step of the repair process it took them a week to comeback after the inspection was completed, which I had to reach out again to salesperson to find out when they would be coming back to finish. They messed up some of my repairs (fascia and soffit) that I had paid for to be done prior to them starting the roof. I texted the salesman and told him the situation and he promised that he would be back the Saturday after the service was completed to finish up the work that was ruined. I have to sign the final paperwork so they can get paid before they have to start paperwork on trying to put a lien on the house. I reached out to the representative and let him know that the guy didn’t show up like they promised. A few other things happened that got resolved and one I didn’t notice until a day or two after all paperwork was signed. I found out that they ruined my concrete driveway that isn’t even a year old. Now I’m here writing this review of the company."

"Guardian roofing installed Arctic Grey tilcor CF shingles on our roof. They very efficiently removed the old concrete shingles and installed the tilcor shingles. They were competitively priced compared to the concrete tile quotes we received and were right on the job with a quick completion as they promised. The owner of Guardian Roofing, Brent Woody, was right on the job actively supervising the installation and responsive to any questions we had. We have had many complements on the roof."

The company was exemplary in their work, the timing, the cleanliness of the job site and the quality of the materials and workmanship. They were competitive and fair in their pricing. I would recommend them to anyone and would be happy to have any prospective client come her for a look at their work."

"Roof was completed fairly quickly after taking deposit and waiting 60 days for permit. Rep misled us into thinking it was filed sooner. I advise all clients to check with county on permit filing since certain contractors can't seem to tell the truth about filing date. (It's all online, Tyler, and now I know you didn't file when you said you did.) Regarding the work very haphazard with regard to debris on site and giving details about options. Grade: C-"
