"I’ve been there a few times and it was amazing. Today, I wanted a deep cleaning facial. As before, and on my profile. Lady was nice but not a customer service representative. Immediately tried to sell me another facial and a service. Facial was horrible! No hot towels, no mask, no eye pads, Turned bright light on, nooooo protection, said because my extractions were too close to my eye. Didn’t do extractions properly. Then, I said what about a mask. She said the scrub is also a mask?!!! No it’s not! Then after over saturation, she put sun block with tint on. Burned! Went home and washed off everything. Need to find a good facial!!!! Called owner, no response. My skin is WORSE than before arrival. I never leave bad reviews. This was terrible! I want either a facial or my money back.$125."
