"Went here after being recommended by a family friend. Absolutely not returning. I went in with photo references and wanted an all over rooted coloring. I talked with my stylist and we agreed on a balayage coloring with “blended roots”. The woman was over booked switching between myself and other clients who came in, so I was left waiting a lot. I am not the type to complain about anything to anyone. I understand she was busy and she was doing, I assume, her best to give me my desired result, but unfortunately she was just unqualified. I came home with the chunky/streaky highlights as if it were 1990. Cried for about an hour and have made an appoint elsewhere to get it corrected."
