"Run! Don't walk if this guy trys to fix your A/C. He charges too much and does not stand behind his work. I asked him to return to a job I paid him to fix less then a month after his work and he tells us to go find another technician I am swamped. Basically incurring new charges for someone to fix his work and detect the real cause of the problem. Bad guy!"

"Great, professional people. They have always been very polite, easy to deal with, and very quick to respond (which is essential here in FL). They're knowledgeable of every aspect of what we have needed and are licensed. Our family has been using them for all of our HVAC needs for more than 20 years. Allen, one of the co-owners, has been the person we have dealt with for all of these years. He has always charged us really reasonable rates and compared to other HVAC companies is so much cheaper. The quality of service is great though, even though we haven't had to pay very expensive prices. When I was looking for their # that I had lost, I was surprised that they had a negative review on Google. It just shows that you can't please everyone. We're not always easy people to please, but have never had a negative experience with them. We were referred by a family member and personally have referred several people. We have all had excellent service and highly recommend A& J Little Contractors."

"Allan advised me he would be calling me prior to coming to my residence. He did not call me until I called him and my landlord. When he did call me 5 hours later, after hours he left a voicemail acknowledging he didn't call me, but LIED and told my landlord he called meel. When I asked if he would be coming out to fix my unit he asked if I "listened to his message" when I explained to him I had, he told me he wouldn't come out to fix it because I wasnt home when he came even though that was because I had waited for him all day without any notice of when he would arrive and had to pick my child up. He showed up without calling like HE SAID HE WOULD and there was no ETA given, he was completely rude about the fact that he was unable to do what he said he would do because he didn't save my number but the most frustrating thing is he lied as if he called me when he didn't. How unprofessional!"
