"Pool deck resurfacing. The job looked very nice once completed. However after a few months we noted the coping to be cracked and pulling away from the pool deck. We spoke to Kelly Weaver several times about fixing the problem .She came and looked at the issues and said they would fix it. She kept putting us off saying they lost track of our problem. When we pressed further she said the problem was not an installation problem when initially she the company would fix it. After we responded that it indeed was an installation problem, Kelly again said someone else would be out to look at it. No one else came out. The company needs to stand behind their work and fix their problems. Very unsatisfied customer. Very poor customer service."

"I hired Florida Scapes to install pavers on my patio and front porch. And I was pleased with the work. Shortly after the job was completed we noticed a few of the pavers were loose causing a trip hazard. We called and asked for someone to come out and repair and they said no problem. However, no one responded. After several weeks we called again and asked for someone to come out and explained the trip hazard. Unfortunately it has been months and we have not heard from anyone. Since we are afraid of someone tripping and getting injured, we are going to do our own repairs. 12/8 After my review a representative from FloridaScapes did come out and repair the front pavers (thank you). Unfortunately, it was a temporary fix because they are loose again, to include a few installed in the back yard."

"I was very excited to work with Christa, who was very organized and eager to get the job done. Unfortunately, they used the wrong kind of sand, and left stains in the pool. She came by to see the stains and said, "Maybe the sun will bleach them away. If not, you need an acid wash." When I followed up after allowing time for the stains to "bleach by the sun," she would not return my call. It was completely upsetting and disappointing."
