"When I went in this morning the guy was standing at the counter doing nothing, I had know idea what I was needing in a light bulb for my stove so you would think when I showed him the old one and ask if they carried that kid he would of offered to help but of course all he said was yes over on isle 18 on the right! So I go over and I'm comparing bulb it took me a while but I figured it out. He seen me over there knowing I was having trouble but still did not offer any assistance. Poor customer service. I di believe his name was I think he was the manager."
