John came out to make sure it wasn’t related to their work (it was not their fault), told me what my likely issue was and how to have it fixed. Very knowledgeable and good service."

They have made many repairs and upgrades for me over the years. He also did not mention that he was told we service or current customers first. Nor did he mention that we have been working out of town for past two weeks. "Can’t even tell you how dissatisfied I am with this company ! Would give them zero stars but that’s not an option. Our whole house generator won’t start so I called them 17 days ago and they told me a week to 10 days to come which is typical, and I even sent a follow up to verify we were on the schedule. Last night when I spoke to the owner to verify that they were coming soon, and he told me a week to 10 days, again, which was weird, then today he told me mid June and that I should find another provider!!! What is really ironic and sad is that he was making fun of the (lack of a) work ethic here versus when he lived in NJ!!! Maybe he’s been here long enough that his business has evolved into his description of the Florida way of (not) being a quality provider! Unbelievable!!!! Do NOT trust or use this company!"
