"I'm not sure why there are negative reviews about this place but I've been twice and both times I've had a fantastic experience. It may not be Massage Envy but this lady gives THE BEST massage. My upper back has been hurting so bad for quite a while now. I've gotten a few deep tissue massages somewhere else but deep hurts, although sometimes they're necessary. I went in here tonight and asked for kinda deep tissue kinda Swedish and she delivered. She's used the perfect amount of pressure and knew exactly where to focus. It was enough to work out what needed to be worked out and just gentle enough to let me fully relax. It smelled nice and was very clean. I will definitely go back and see her. 10/10 highly recommend"

"Horrible experience. One person working; meaning this person answered the phone, greeted customers all while giving massages. They have you pay first so you gave to guess at a tip. Reality- my 1 hour massage was approximately 40 minutes and it was not a proper massage at all. Do NOT recommend!"

"This was my first massage experience ever. I'm not sure she had any idea what I was saying, but I didn't go there to conversate. I paid up front. She said there would have been a charge to use my card so I paid cash. The massage was very nice. Afterwards she pulled out a sign saying 25-35% tip is customary. I will likely come back again."

"I don't see why people give this place a low rating. The ladies there when I went were very friendly, I couldn't understand them sometimes because of a language barrier, but I just chuckled a little bit and was like "oh, they mean go to this room" lol. The ambience of the place is beyond relaxing, as soon as I walked in I felt soothed. Like Oriental gods had graced that place with a sense of tranquility. There was light music playing in the traditional form, and really brought the essence of the place together. The massage. Oh. My. God. Yes. She worked her hands with a technique that seemed like it was gifted to her from the ancients. It really got out all the stress. If you workout, she will show you where your most tense spot is without even saying a word, and remove that little bugger. The oils she used were sublime. You want a quality massage go here, and don't be afraid to tip. I gave that woman an extra twenty because she has that expertise."

"I was on the west side of town and it was getting late almost 8:45PM. I saw they closed at 10P and I wanted to do 90 minutes and Nancy who was my massage therapists said we can do 90 minutes. I enjoy getting Asian massages and I think ratings should be for the therapist and one for the establishment. I've always said you have to try the same place with different massage therapist. Sometimes you match other times you don't. Nancy was very thorough. Her English isn't fantastic, but I'm not there to talk. She gently walked on my back checking in with me to ensure everything was ok. She massage my head, back, gluts, legs, chest and feet she even threw in some hot stones. She did some gentle stretching. For example while lying on my stomach she gently pulled my arms back into a good stretch. Nancy was very experienced. I've found that many times if it's your first time at a place they may ask for payment up front. I don't have a problem with that. It's a business. Once I was pressured into tipping before the massage at a different establishment. I didn't like that and I told her I don't tip up front. And usually it's never a problem. This place didn't have a table shower which I enjoy on occasions, but I won't knock off a star for that. The table was clean and linens fresh. The building is a little dated, but not bad overall Upon leaving Nancy gave me a cup of water a small bow, a few pieces of candy and a hug. Update Jan 2018: Lily was also excellent she just doesn’t do a massage she gives you a massage. Meaning she cares about what she’s doing. She’ll feel for landmarks on you body and then applies the right amount of pressure. Visited 6 times"
