"bought my Z Fold from here and I am super dissatisfied. The salesmen at the time told me the fold screen is 100% warrantied. Didn't have it 3 months and center cracked. Took it back to the store and they said nothing they could do. I do not recommend this location or the Z Fold"
"Hey Verizon, this is the same guy who left you your last 1 star review. Unfortunately, Google won’t let me reply to your reply. I filled out the information that you told me to in your reply to my original review and what do you know, nothing! Just as I figured. Not doing anything to help the people you screw over. I’m leaving you this review so you will get a notification for it and see that nothing was done after filling out the information that you told me to fill out."
"Edit: I filled out the information on the reply form Verizon and still nothing. Just another garbage mega corporation. Came in to upgrade my wife and I phones. Was told that I could trade mine and her phones and receive $833 credit towards a new iPhone. I had a balance of $433 on my phone that had to be paid off first so I did. As soon as I paid it off, the rep said he made a mistake and that I would only receive $400 credit. I told him to refund my money and he said he couldn’t. I sat in there for 2 additional hours with my baby who was overdue for a bottle to finally be told that I could get it refunded. A week went by and no refund so I returned and was told by the same rep Goodluck you’re on your own. I then contacted every version support I could get ahold of. Of course, no one would help or call back or anything. The new manager finally called me back and said that he can’t return the $433 but can give me a credit if $133 that was still being applied to my phone I paid off because of a trades in I did 2 years earlier. So props to him for actually doing his job and getting my one credit back. But now I am out $433 for nothing. At least my phone is paid off. Unfortunately, this is a business account and the way the credits come in and change up my books really stinks and messes up my books and financing so thank you Verizon and your incompetent rep who not not cost me $433 but burned many hours of my time for absolutely nothing."

He even took the initiative to contact the insurance company on our behalf, resulting in a quick resolution and the delivery of a new tablet. "I worked with Damion yesterday to upgrade my phone - he was so kind to me and patient! I let him know what new phone I was looking into upgrading to - he stopped and immediately went to grab the device before proceeding. I appreciated his offer to help me set up and transfer my data from my old phone to the new one - but I was in a hurry. He assured me if I did end up needing help to come on back to see him. He answered all of my questions confidently and I enjoyed our conversation."
