"I ordered a phone on Friday afternoon, and they didnt mark it as ready until 20 minutes before they closed. When i called for an update earlier friday night, i was hung up on and had to call back. Then when i came in Saturday, they wouldnt let me pick up my phone and cancelled the order (that i already paid for.) Wasted every bit of my time. On a lighter note, the person working Saturday morning was very kind."

"I am about to travel Internationally and wanted to know how to reactivate my International Calling plan for my mobile phone. I visited 2 AT&T stores. These first 2 stores didn't know how to activate an International Calling plan and suggested I call 611. I called 611 and was sent a text or email that required a password and a pin neither of which I knew. Frustrated, I drove to the E. Nine Mile Road AT&T store that I had visited before. They had previously recommended an International Calling plan. The young man quickly provided all the information I needed. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I asked for his name so that I might give him a recommendation. He suggested only that I document my satisfaction here. It's my pleasure!"

"We moved from Atlanta to Pensacola and simply transferred our account, but AT&T made it seem like we cancelled our Atlanta account and opened a brand new account in Pensacola. After digging up our front lawn in Pensacola, they double charged us and never returned to fill in the hole in our lawn. For several months, they charged us double and when we cancelled service, they added on a fee for opting out of a contract...the WORST customer service I've ever experienced."
