"We just recently had a relativley positive experience with their service department as one boat was promised in 2 weeks and was delivered as promised. Then, I try to arrange taking in another boat and call service and leave a message. No reply. When picking up boat 1, I stop in and service department is out to lunch (at 2PM). I call again that afternoon and no answer, followed by an email. Finally call yet again on day 4 only to get voice mail again. Call the main number and they claim service department is 2-4 MONTHS out (just quote 2 weeks, 2 weeks ago) and someone will call me. I ask for manager and am told someone will call me. Yeah, sure. We have had awful service experiences in the past and this place clearly does not know how to deal with customers. They will pay all the attention in the world to sell you a boat, but be sure you have a service option because theirs is not an option."

"The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with in my life in any industry. They cannot keep employees, the quality of service performed is terrible and always incomplete, customer service is non existent and it takes multiple requests to get anything done or even a response. If you want timely forget it. Time is of no concern to this marina. I have tried at every level including the GM and no one cares. If you do get them on the phone or to respond to a email they will promise the world and fail to meet obligations every time. I bought a new boat at this marina in 2019. It is a shame the level of customer service is so poor because the location of the marina, the sales team and the facility are great. Please know that after the purchase you are on your own. If I could give them a Zero I would. If you purchase here take your boat and go elsewhere for all services."

"They were very nice, helpful to a newcomer getting their first boat, and even said they didn't think a boat we were ready to buy right then was a good option for us. After explaining why and checking online with boating groups, they also agreed. Today, we looked, feel in love, and get our new boat in two weeks once they prep it, and we finish the financing we did on our own. Since the purchase we've had a few ups and downs but they have stepped up each time for us. 100% will use them again."
