As a senior park, we proudly adhere to HUD regulations, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. To join our community, one resident of each home must be at least 55 years old, while the other must be at least 40. At Hitching Post Co-Op Inc, you'll find a warm and friendly atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and building lasting friendships.
