"DONT EVEN BOTHER GOING TO THIS MCDONALDS, INSANELY LONG WAIT (EVEN WHEN YOUVE ORDERED AHEAD ON THE MOBILE APP) THEY ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG AND/OR LEAVE YOU WITH MISSING ITEMS..JUST GO TO A REAL MCDONALDS DOWN THE ROAD RATHER THAN THIS BARELY FUNCTIONAL GAS STATION MCDONALDS, THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR AN ESTABLISHMENT DOWN ! WAITED 30MINS TO BE TOLD THEY WERE MISSING ITEMS AS WELL, 30 MINS !!"

"This McDonald's needs new staffing. They are rude and very disrespectful. I ordered two orders of the bogo deal they have going on. Plus two separate meals. Upon getting my bags of food, I checked the bags and half of my order was missing. I went and told the cashier that I was missing half my order. And she then tried to say I was lying and that I took the food out of the bag. I never left the restaurant. It was a fight to get the rest of my order that I paid for. I had to speak to a manager and still had to fight with the manager to get my order. I will not be returning to this McDonald's. And on top of everything the food was old food, like it's been sitting there for hours. The fries were hard as a rock and the sandwiches had rotten lettuce on them and the bread was hard."

"Couldn't order inside, went through the drive-thru. Food is amazing, like old school McDonald's good. Very very hot and seasoned nicely. Thanks guys!!"

"Ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal on the app. I customized it without onions. I also stated to the person at the window before receiving it that it was be no onions. His response was “it’s already made and we don’t want to replace it and lose money”. They later handed me the bag, I opened it and it had onions. I tried again to get it replaced and they refused. I had already prepaid using the app so I was pretty much stuck with it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Without causing a huge scene and possibly going to jail, I left. Not at all happy. I reached out to Mc Donald’s about this and will dispute the charge on my card."
