"Do NOT ever go to this location! The large Hatian female clerk (do not know her name so I'm describing her to better identify her) there who wears the scarf on her head is the most rude and disrespect person I have ever met in any establishment EVER. She will curse at you if she has any type of issue with you even if it is unwarranted. She will scream at you from behind the counter and threaten to assault you. She even is verbally abusive to the kids that go in there and threatens to assault them and spews profanity at them if she does not like them. I am in disbelief that any sane adult would speak to customers and especially kids like that. The establishment has obviously done nothing about corrective her bahavior or other employees behavior because obviously this isn't the 1st time something like this has happened in that establishment. I say that after reading the other reviews of this store and assuming it's the same employee/s behaving this way towards customers. The store deserves ZERO stars but Google wouldn't allow me leave no score unfortunately."
"I just got home after calling the police on the clerk on staff & filing a police report. Charges are being pressed on that clerk. I went into the store to address the clerk's behavior & verbiage towards my children, who had just left that store. I live locally so myself & my children frequent there regularly. It is actually the only place I get gas. That will NEVER happen again, though. I will not give a penny to a store, owner, or company that condones that type of behavior. My children called me from the store while they were getting snacks. They abruptly got off the phone & said they would talk to me when they got home. My kids walked through the door & informed me the clerk was verbally abusive to them because my son spilled his drink on the floor accidentally. She yelled at my son & started cursing at both my children. My kids had gotten off the phone in the store so quickly because they were scared the women would hear them telling me what had happened & hurt them. That's why they waited until they got home. I got my car keys & drove up the street to the store. I asked the clerk for the owner's # by name (I knew him), so she gave it to me. I assume she knew I knew him because I asked for him by name. I then asked her for her name. At that point, her attitude changed & she got defensive, asked me why I asked for her name & questioned me. I told her because she was the employee on staff & I needed to speak to the owner. She started to get verbally aggressive. I then addressed her behavior with my children. I was calm & collective when I did so. I asked her why she yelled & cursed at my children. She denied it & I said, "My children were just in here & you did that to them." At that point, she told on her own behavior because she immediately yelled at me saying "he dropped his drink on the floor & always does." I was confused by her behavior & her tone because I never once raised my voice nor was aggressive to her. She kept yelling at me & at that point, I said, "Excuse me, but I'm not yelling at you or even raising my voice & you are not going to speak to me in that manner." She continued to yell at me & denied cursing at me. I said, "Ma'am, I never said you cursed at me. I said you did that to my children & again... you are not going to continue addressing me this way." At that point, she started yelling more, denied yelling at me & saying that's the way she talks. She absolutely was yelling at me & continued on to tell me she wasn't scared of me & told me to hit her! I was even more confused by her behavior because I didn't even say a word to her that would imply I wanted to even touch her in any form. She started pounding her chest, telling me to hit her & that she would beat my àşs. Then she proceeded to tell me she would come from around the counter to do so. Then she said, "Call the cops I don't care, I'm not scared of you. Call the cops!" She continued yelling, saying this & attempting to provoke me to hit her. I did not feed into her volatile behavior & walked out of the store & called the police. What this delinquent fails to understand is that if you threaten to assault a person, then that is infact assault. This situation did not need to escalate to the degree it did. During all her belligerent verbiage & behavior, I never once raised my voice or threatened her in any way, shape, or form. I stayed well composed. After reading the previous poor review on this 7eleven, it's safe to assume that it was the same female employee. The employee was an obese Hatian female, just so anyone who reads this in the future will know who to not deal with. I'm not sure if this woman is mentally unstable or not, but I would assume so. To 7eleven, I will NEVER do business with your corporation & neither will my employees with their Corp gas cards after this experience because you must condone this type of behavior. Lastly, I want to add that I did infact call the owner & addressed what happened. He told me he would view the cameras in the store & I said, "Please do. Everything is on camera." He did not do a follow-up."
"I do not live in the area but often stop in to buy lotto tickets at this 7-11 on Goodlette Road. On Sunday, October 29, I encountered the rudest and most verbally abusive clerk I have ever met (and I shop a lot). This clerk got very angry at me simply for comparing the $40.00 charge on her register monitor to the amount of lotto tickets she had given me. She did not seem to appreciate (or like the fact) that I was confirming my charge and the number of tickets prior to paying. She yelled at me stating I was "too slow", "taking too long", and needed to "move out the way for other customers" apparently forgetting I had not yet paid (Also, I tried to tell this clerk my key's rope had caught on her counter rack - she showed no concern); there were only 3 of us in line although she rudely reached around me to take money from someone who walked in to prepay for gas. I asked this clerk for her name which she refused to give, asking why I needed it. When I told her I planned to report her shocking behavior, she began yelling louder and cursing me in the presence of the other customers, telling me, "f you", saying she "did not give a f"" and then asked me did I think she "gives a f about this job". At that point, I asked for a manager which she said was not there but refused to give me the manager's name. When I paid and asked for my receipt, the clerk threw the receipt at me (I am sure all this is on camera). I have been told after the fact that this particular clerk is nice to some people but does not like to be questioned. Unfortunately, if not put in check, her abusive behavior while on the job could bring a cause of action against her store. I wanted to speak with the manager in lieu of making a complaint in this manner, but each time I called the store, no one answered the phone. However, I have not given up on reporting this to a manager or regional manager; yet, in posting my experience, others might recognize having had the same experience with this clerk. Humiliating incidents like this should never have occurred and should never occur again."
"This 7-Eleven had great customer service and wonderful employees. The spaces are clean and you can tell there has been a lot of work put in place to make sure that you can find what you're looking for and be on your way quickly."
"Franchise owner Rod is rude and ignorant. He has no respect for the customers, talks to them very disrespectful. Harvey sells the kids from the community half cooked chicken(Salmonella) to take home to their family. The store is not well kept, merchandise isn't ever in stock cooler areas always empty and the fan is left off so the drinks arent cold. Floors are filthy and the customer service is unprofessional horrible. Candy at register has dust on it. When cooking food the workers don't wear gloves 100% of the time. A very horrible experience, I Wouldn't choose this as a recommendation"
