"DON’T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!! Wish I read the Yelp reviews first!! Called him to replace my radiator. At first he was quick to respond, communicated logistics of getting parts, and far pricing. A one day repair turned to 3 days because the fan clutch to the waterpump somehow was stripped (I speculate how this came to be but fine, either way had to get fixed). Friday, test drove fine and paid him. Saturday I drove my truck for local errands and the AC and engine got hot. Opened the hood and the fan had fallen off and was sitting on the plastic cover. It did smash some radiator coils and possibly another leak. Called Dennis back and sent pictures. Didn’t hear from him until 4 days later on Tuesday evening. He stated he was on a vacation and just got back. Apologize profusely and said he would be out next day first thing to fix it for free. It is now Thursday and no show. He is not reachable and his voicemail is full. I think he may be a nice guy but he is not a good mechanic and a horrible business owner. I wasted $1k and a week (and counting) without my vehicle. Highly regret this, so hoping I can save others from this!"

"A recent experience with Denis turned a 5-star service into a 1-star! I hired him to fix my AC, paying $420 for labor while I supplied the compressor. Initially, everything seemed fine. He told me though that a high side AC Schrader valve needed replacement, but didn’t make from it a big deal. I paid in full and even left a 5-star review, sharing my positive experience on Facebook to support his small business. However, the same day, the AC started blowing warm air after a 30-minute drive. I bought the valve but couldn’t replace it myself, so I contacted Denis for help. He replied that he will be available the next morning to replace that part in case couldn't fix it myself. When I called him at 7:00 AM the next day, he didn't answer. I texted, left voicemails, and received no response until he called back at noon, saying he’d be there shortly. After waiting for hours and more unanswered calls, he finally answered at 3 PM, promising to come by later, but he never showed up. No show, no call. Two days later, I had to take my car to another mechanic who found serious issues: the crucial Schrader valve wasn’t replaced at the time of the AC compressor replacement that caused all refrigerant to leak form the AC system, hoses attached to the compressor were leaking too, and three screws were left untightened. I was fortunate the compressor didn’t fall off. To fix Denis’s work, I spent six more hours and additional money on reinstallation, part replacements, and new refrigerant. I cannot recommend his services if you value your time, energy, or money. Expect multiple calls, no-shows, and no responses. A deeply disappointing experience—never again!"
