"Accidents happen... About a month ago I was riding through the carwash and I was struck by another vehicle in the conveyor... Seems they did not program the washer to account for that trucks oversize. The result was some damage to my front grill and bumper. However the staff at Mister Carwash we're very responsive, contacted me immediately, and were very timely in taking responsibility which included having my car repaired. I was surprised by their quickness to solve the problem. That was great customer service."

"Previous posts suggesting they have towels, window cleaner, and mat cleaners are NOT accurate! They do have good vacs and vac area has sun shading. However, you need to bring your own supplemental cleaning supplies thus I was somewhat disappointed as I felt I had been mislead."

The previous 2 other different company car washes literally left my car dirty. They did not include power washers. MY SEARCH IS OVER. This is my new car wash!
