Staff untrained and unfriendly needed to fill up outside with the credit card, but the machine said to come inside, then after after waiting in a long line inside, The more senior person says they only take pre-pay of fixed. The junior person didn’t even know what was going on Had to wait to get to the Sr person. Totally indifferent recommend customer service training, technical training, fixing the card readers and the customers shop somewhere else. added: updated at 711 site as requested."

"This place is just awful ! I used to fill up here, bring my kids here for Slurpees, and grab a quick bite from time to time. Recently this place has gone down hill, with rude employees and a plethera of problems. If your in need of these items , go a half a mile north and give your money to that 711 owner ! Here are the list of issues with this place........ #1 gas pumps ALWAYS broken #2 slurpee machines ALWAYS broken #3 credit card machines on gas pumps ALWAYS BROKEN #4 800 LAWN MAINTENANCE TRUCKS EVERY DAY LEAVING TRASH EVERY WHERE AND TAKING UP BOTH GAS PUMPS PER ROW #5 donuts Always stale, with fingers marks on them..."

"Vicky is awesome. She was busy as heck and came out to help me with the pump that wasn’t working (most likely user error) and was super friendly, pleasant, and helpful to me. Her service is rare and fabulous, she deserves the best!"

"I stopped in to pump up my tires and it's $1.50 for 5 min of air. Ok. But the ABSURD (failed overengineering) automated air machine takes 1.5 minutes to fill a tire to "perfect" inflation. After the third tire I had to put more money in and the guy inside can't turn on the machine from his little cash register. So, it cost three dollars to fill up your tires."
